I am a qualified psychotherapist (PG Dip), offering counselling and a safe space for families and individuals to explore any emotional difficulties and distress they may be experiencing.

Working with individuals:

Life and loss happen to us all, and we can become disconnected from ourselves and others whilst trying to 'survive'. Negative intrusive thoughts can creep in and take root, making it seem as though 'there is no point'. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious or numb and there may be a sense that this will never change. Healing is possible, and you do not have to journey alone. I offer a warm non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you can feel supported and heard.

Working with wee ones, teens and families:

I have a particular interest in childhood trauma, relationship difficulties and attachment. I am trained in Brazelton and as a Bayley practitioner, working with wee ones and their families to support secure attachments and to provide a space where the entire family unit can thrive.

And if you prefer to communicate in your native tongue, I speak English, Turkish and Spanish fluently.

Why the dolphins?

Dolphins symbolise healing and a new beginning; endurance and the ability to persevere. They seem so endlessly positive. And my daughter loves them!
